APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 5016
(1925 UNION STREET - LISTO PENCIL CORPORATION, OWNER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed sub-
division known as Tract 5016; and
WHEREAS, Listo Pencil Corporation, a California corporation,
owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Final
Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5016 which is
a division of property bounded by Union Street, Eagle Avenue,
Minturn Street and Clement Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 501.6 be, and hereby is,
approved.
I, the undersigned" hereby certify that the foregoing-Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of August, 1982,
bh the following vote to wit:

ABSTENTIONS: Councilman Gorman - 1.
