APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3826 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 2100 OTIS DRIVE TO CREATE SIX COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM
OFFICES, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID
PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(FRANCES P. CHARVET AND LEONARD W. CHARVET, OWNERS)
WHEREAS, Frances P. Charvet and Leonard W. Charvet, owners
herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
to convert an existing medical/dental building into six condo-
minium offices at 2100 Otis Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3826, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to owners to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolu-
tion No. 1262 passed on August 9, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 3826 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of September, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - l.
