Resolution 09892CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. x-92 APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 5049 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF ACCESS (716 CENTRAL AVENUE SHUWA INVESTMENTS CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed subdiv- ision known as Tract 5049; and WHEREAS, Shuwa Investments Corporation, a California corporation, owner and subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of `that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5049, a 2.22 acre parcel of land at 716 Central Avenue; and WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non- exclusive easements dedicated to the public for public utilities and designated "Public Utilities Easement" (P.U.E.), and rights of access over public utilities easements dedicated to the City of Alameda for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY_TI-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 5049 be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said non -- exclusive public utility easements dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication, and said rights of access dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of September, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, and President Corica - NOES: Councilmen Gorman and Stone - 2.
