Resolution 09906CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9906 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3895 FOR DIVISION OF A PORTION OF HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK, TRACT 4500, AND BEPEITTING RECORDING THEREOF (HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, on January 5, 1982, by its Resolution No. 9665, this Council approved a Tentative Map for Tract 4500, a subdivision of property bounded by Catalina Avenue, Tract 3810, San Francisco Bay and the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport and WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership, com- prised of Doric Development Inc., a California corporation, and Bay Farm Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of lands of Harbor Bay Isle Associates located in Tract 4500, designated Parcel Map No 3895 and being a subdivision of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 3775 (Harbor Bay Business Park); and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 3895 is submitted as a final to Tract 4500 in conformance with the conditions and stipulations of the approved Tentative Map for Tract 4500; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3895 is hereby approved and per- mission given to subdivider to record same. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City Of Alameda in an Adjourned Regular Meeting assembled on the llth of October, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
