Resolution 09987CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9987 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3832 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN PARCEL D OF ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California general partnership, owner and subdivider herein, by Vintage Properties - -- Alameda Commercial, a California corporation, a general partner, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of portions of Tracts 28, 29, 30, Map of Alameda Marsh Land, filed July 30, 1900, in Book 25 of Maps, Pages 74- 78, and all of Lot 1, Parcel Map No 3755, recorded in Parcel Map Book 133, pages 74 -76, County of Alameda Records, to create a 284 berth marina and Harbor Master's building and additional future development in Alameda Marina Village, and known as Parcel Map No. 3832; and WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon an easement over Lot 2 for public access and emergency and maintenance vehicles and an easement for public utilities dedicated he City of Alameda; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1' of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3832, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions in City of Alameda Planing Board Resolution No. 1302, passed on January 24, 1983; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the easement for public access and for emergency vehicle and maintenance vehicle access over Lot 2 and the easement for public utilities over, under, in and upon the areas designated "Public Utilities Easement" (PUE), dedicated to the City of Alameda, are hereby accepted on behalf of the City; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code, the City Council finds Parcel Map No 3832 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby-cortlty that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of March, 19D3, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmmhers Diament, Gorma,n, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica 0.
