CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10019
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3913 FOR A DIVISION FOR
CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES OF PROPERTY AT 2152 CLINTON
AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING
SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(FREDERICK A. & MARY C. LOESER, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, Frederick A. Loeser and Mary C. Loeser, owners
and subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval
a Parcel Map for a division for condominium purposes of property
located at 2152 Clinton Avenue and known as Parcel Map No. 3913;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11--319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3913, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdividers to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions in City of Alameda
Planning Board Resolution No. 1324, passed on April 11, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 3913 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular adjourned meeting assembled on the
26th day of April, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Diament, Gorman, Sherratt and President Corica - 4,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Stone.
