AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO. 3963 (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California
limited partnership, subdividers herein, has presented to this
Council a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No. 3963, and here-
tofore conditionally approved by the Planning Board, being a
division of property located within Alameda Marina Village,
east of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is condi-
tioned upon the subdivider constructing and completing certain
public improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have
said work performed in accordance therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aareement, for construction and comple-
tion of Marina Village Parkway, all utilities within this street
area, and a storm drainage system to the Estuary, with Alameda
Marina Village Associates be and the same hereby is approved
and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute,
and the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the
City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of May, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT:None.
