APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3598 FOR THE CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1617 SIXTH STREET, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT
WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (TOSHIO MITSUDA AND HATSUKO
MITSUDA, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, Toshio Mitsuda and Hatsuko Mitsuda, owners and
subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval
a Parcel Map for a division for condominium purposes of property
located at 1617 Sixth Street and known as Parcel Map No. 3598;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3598, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdividers to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions in City of Alameda
Planning Board Resolution No. 1185 passed August 24, 1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 3598 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of
November, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President
Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
