Resolution 10205CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10205 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3742 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1222-1230 COLLEGE AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, John Barni, Jr., subdivider herein for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., executor of the Louise A. Harms Estate, has Presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property to create four residential lots at 1222-1230 College Avenue, and known as Parcel Map No. 3742; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3742, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1296, passed on December 13, 1982; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 3742 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. the was Cityduly au5 maa City of Aniamena November -e -ety certify that the foregoing resolution -e'rted and passed by the Council of the "re-at meeting assembled on the 15th day of tei7ening vote to wit: AYES: Councsilmembcrs Sorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President • Diant 5, NOES: None.
