APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 4237 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL
1 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 4043, HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK,
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
NON-EXLUSIVE EASEMENTS DEDICATED TO THE PUBLIC
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9665 adopted on January 5,
1982, this Council approved a Tentative Map for Tract 4500, a
subdivision cf property on Bay Farm Island known as Harbor Bay
Business Park; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a general partnership,
subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a
Parcel Map for division of lands located in Tract 4500, designated
Parcel Map No. 4237 and being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel
MapNo. 4043, approved by this Council on May 3, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 4237 delineates thereon a non-
exclusive easement for walkways designated "Pathway Easement" and
a non-exclusive easement for pathway lighting systems and their
appurtenances designated rStreet Lighting Easement", dedicated
to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 cf the Alameda Muni-
cipal Code, Parcel Map No. 4237 is hereby approved and permission
given to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions of
approval of the Tentative Map of Tract 4500; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said non-exclusive easements
for walkways and pathway lighting systems and their appurtenances
dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the
public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of
7.3 dedication.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of May, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
