AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THERESA CAMERON -
KERR FOR PERSONAL SERVICES TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Theresa Cameron -Kerr
by which she will provide assistance to the City's Community
Development in the processing of all plans and programs pertaining
to economic development and perform other services as directed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
agreement shall be Mayl5, 1984.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of May, 1984,
by the following vote to grit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Gorman and Lucas.
