BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
4-4 the public and said Rights of Access dedicated to the City of
Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public and the
of City, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of
dedication.

CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10336
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5219 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION PROJECT ON BAY
FARM ISLAND AT BRITTANY LANDING, PONDEROSA HOMES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed sub-
division known as Tract 4591; and
WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes, a California general partnership,
owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Final
Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5219, which is
a subdivision of Lot 28 of Tract 4591; and.
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
designated "Public Utilities Easement" dedicated tc the public,
and certain Rights of Access over lots "C", "J" and "K" for
operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment
dedicated to the City of Alameda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5219 be, and hereby is,
approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in a Regular Adjourned Council Meeting assembled
on the 7th day of June, -1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES:
None.
ABSENT: None.
