ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Constitution
of the State of California, the City Council of the City of
Alameda is required to establish an "Appropriation Limit" for
fiscal year 1984-1985; and
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Limit has been determined in
accordance with uniform guidelines for Article XIIIB of the
California Constitution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby establishes an Appro-
priation Limit in the amount of $24,564,770 for fiscal year
1984-1985.
