RESOLUTION NO. 10406
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT FOR UNDERWRITING SERVICES
MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that that certain agreement for underwriting services between the
City of Alameda and Stone & Youngberg, being in the form of a letter from
Stone & Youngberg dated July 26, 1984 and this date presented to this Council,
is hereby approved, and the City Manager of the City of Alameda is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda and the
City Clerk of the City of Alameda is hereby directed to attest said signature
and affix thereto the official seal of the City of Alameda.

City f Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of August, 1984,
