APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 5223
AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF ACCESS
(A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION PROJECT ON BAY FARM ISLAND
AT BRITTANY LANDING, PONDEROSA HOMES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed subdivi-
sion known as Tract 4591; and
WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes, a California general partnership,
owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Final
Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5223, which
is a subdivision of Lot 32 of Tract 4591; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
designated "Public Utilities Easement" dedicated to the public,
and certain rights of access over Lots "D" and "E" and a portion
of Lot "B" designated as Emergency Vehicle Access Easement
for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment
dedicated to the City of Alameda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5223 be, and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated
to the public and said rights of access dedicated to the City
of Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public and
the City, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers
of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly-adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of September, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
