A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that
1. This Council has received a written offer from Stone &
Youngberg ( "Underwriters "), to purchase the bonds in the amount of
$15,300,000.00 to be issued to represent a portion of the unpaid assessments
levied in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention No. 10421, adopted by this Council on August 21, 1984.
2. The public interest and convenience will be served by the
acceptance of said offer.
3. Said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to said
Underwriters, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set
forth in said written offer.
4. The Director of Finance of said City be, and is hereby, directed to
cause the bonds to be printed and the same to be authenticated and delivered
on receipt of the amount to be paid therefor as stated in said offer, and upon
the performance of the conditions contained in said offer.
5. The interest rates of said bonds shall be, and the same are
hereby, fixed at the rates stated in said offer.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of January, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
