APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. - 4340'FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT
WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE
ASSOCIATES SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California
limited partnership, by Vintage Properties Alameda Commercial,
a California corporation, a general partner, has presented to
the Council for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property
within Alameda Marina Village, west of Encinal Terminals and north
of the proposed Marina Park, and known as Parcel Map No 4340, and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map No. 4340 is a division of Lot 3 of
Parcel Map No. 3755, recorded in May 1982, and Lots 2 and 3
of Parcel Map No 155, recorded in February 1969, and
WHEREAS, all engineering conditions of the preliminary plan
for Parcel Map No 4340 have been met, specifically;
1. Retention of easements created by Parcel Map 3755.
2. Creation of pedestrian and vehicular access ease
across the lots.

3. Surface storm water ove

4, Dedication of a public utility` easement across Lot 1 for
an existing public storm drain and outfall structure
to the Oakland Estuary
5. Assurance of completion of the shoreline park improvements
through Assessment District 84 -3 bonds.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 4340, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to subdivider to record same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 4340 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of April, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES:
Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas 1.
