APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 4600 FOR DIVISION OF
PROPERTY WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE (ALAMEDA
MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California
limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval
a Parcel Map for subdivision of property within Alameda Marina
Village and known as Parcel Map No. 4600; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon a public
utilities easement, designated "Public Utilities Easement" and
dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 4600, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to
the conditions adopted by the City of Alameda Planning Board
on May 28, 1985.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easement
dedicated to the City of Alameda is hereby accepted on behalf
of the City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of June, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
