ESTABLISHING RATES AND FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR
PLAY ON ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
WHEREAS, the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda has
submitted to this Council for consideration a schedule of rates
and fees to be charged for play on the Alameda Municipal Golf
Courses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the "Alameda Municipal Golf Course Rate Schedule"
recommended by the Golf Commission and attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", is hereby approved and the rates and fees set forth
therein are hereby adopted as those to be charged for play on
each of the Alameda Municipal Golf Courses;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said schedule, and the rates
and fees therein set forth, shall become effective on August 1,
1985, and shall supersede all previous schedules.
