APPOINTING THOMAS R. SCHAEFFER AS A MEMBER OF THE
CABLE TELEVISION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to Sections 2-371 and following of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon recommendation of United Cable
Television of Alameda and nomination of the Mayor, THOMAS R.
SCHAEFFER is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Cable Television Oversight Committee of the City of Alameda, for
a term commencing on June 21, 1985 and expiring June 20, 1989,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of July, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
