APPROVING ENCINAL BOAT RAMP REPAIR PROJECT AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE TIDELAND TRUST FUND
TO FINANCE SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Alameda Boat and Fishing Facility (Encinal
Boat Ramp), completed in 1982, requires the removal of silt and
related repairs; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Fence, Inc. has proposed to perform this
work for the sum of $4,800; and
WHEREAS, this dock and ramp work was not anticipated and
specific funds have not been budgeted; and
WHEREAS, the Tideland Trust Fund contains sufficient
monies to fund this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the project for the Removal of Silt from the
Encinal Boat Ramp and Related Repairs is hereby approved and
there is hereby appropriated from the Tideland Trust Fund the sum
of $4,800 to fund said project.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of July, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
