Resolution 10738CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10738 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5160 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1235 AND 1237 BROADWAY, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY °S GENERAL PLAN (WILLIAM R. AND PATRICIA M. ABBOTT, OWNERS) WHEREAS, William R. Abbott and Patricia M. Abbott, owners herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located at 1235 and 1237 Broadway, and known as Parcel Map No. 5160. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 5160, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1408, passed on September 23, 1984. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 5160 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of October, 1985, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5. NOES: None. ABSENT: None.
