APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM THE LOW INCOME GARBAGE
FUND TO FUND CITY -WIDE REFUSE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has
declared April 12 and April 19, 1986 to be "Care for Alameda -
Keep It Clean Days "; and
WHEREAS, there exists sufficient funds in the Low
Income Garbage Fund to subsidize a portion of this program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the sum of $20,000 is hereby appropriated
rom the City's Low Income Garbage Fund to fund this activity.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of March, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: Counci.lmember Corica - 1.
