Resolution 10912CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10912 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4744 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED PARCELS AND EASEMENTS ( ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property within Alameda Marina Village, being a division of Lots 1 and 2, and a portion of Marina Village Parkway, as shown on Parcel Map No. 4564, recorded in Parcel Map Book 157, at pages 34 -39, County of Alameda Records, and known as Parcel Map No. 4744; and WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon certain public utilities easements designated "Public Utilities Easement" and dedicated to the City; a certain parcel designated "Sewer Lift Station Parcel" dedicated to the City pursuant to the City Cooperation Agreement of December 18, 1984, and a portion of Marina Village Parkway dedicated to the public for the uses and purposes of a public street pursuant to the City Cooperation Agreement of December 18, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 4744, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to all conditions, excepting Condition "j ", listed in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1609 adopted on April 28, 1986; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easements and the Sewer Lift Station Parcel dedicated to the City of Alameda and the portion of Marina Village Parkway dedicated to the public, are hereby accepted, on behalf of the City and the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 4744 is consistent with the City's General Plan. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of May, I986, by the following vote to wit: AYES: CoUnci]m80ber3 Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
