APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP 5603, A SUBDIVISION OF
APPROXIMATELY . 793 ACRE PARCEL ON THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF OTIS DRIVE AND WILLOW STREET, FINDING
SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF
WATER INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE
REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda, as owner and subdivider
herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map
for Tract 5603, a subdivision of approximately .793 acres on the
southwest corner of Otis Drive and Willow Street, being a
division of Lot 22, Block 4, Tract 1866; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 3, 1986, held a public
hearing on said Tentative Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code the Tentative Map for Tract 5603, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board and based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions contained in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1603 adopted on April 28,
1986, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby
finds the Tentative Map for Tract 5603 is consistent with
the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h)
determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the
sewer system will not violate regional water quality control
regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of June, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
