APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5527 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (LIGHTHOUSE COVE ON BAY FARM ISLAND, PULTE
HOME CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5527; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Home Corporation, a Michigan corporation,
has presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that
proposed subdivision known as Tract 5527; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non - exclusive easements for public utilities and their
appurtenances designated "Public Utilities Easement" dedicated to
the public; an area designated as "Oleander Avenue Widening
dedicated to the public for the uses and purposes of a public
street; a public storm drain easement designated (S.D.E.)
established for the use of the City of Alameda for storm drain
facilities; and certain rights of access over Catalina Avenue
and Old Alameda Point for operations of public safety vehicles
and emergency equipment dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5527 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public and the City of Alameda and rights of access dedicated
to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf of the
public and the City, for use in conformity with the terms of the
offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of July, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: Councilmember Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
