AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO 4805 AND APPROVING CASH DEPOSIT AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (638 -642 HAIGHT AVENUE, JOHN BARNI, JR.
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a
Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No 4805, and heretofore
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, being a division
of property located at 638 -642 Haight Avenue, owned by David
Thompson, Leland V. Thompson, Michele Thompson and Shirley M.
Thompson, and being subdivided by John Barni, Jr.; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is
conditioned upon the subdivider constructing and completing
certain public improvements on said property, and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have
said work performed in accordance therewith,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the agreement for construction and completion
of the improvements in the subdivision of the property at 638 -642
Haight Avenue, designated as Parcel Map No 4805, with John
Barni, Jr. be and the same hereby is approved and the City Manager
is authorized and directed to execute, and the City Clerk
at attest, said agreement on behalf of the City, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cash deposit of $500.00
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said agreement, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of September, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
