APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5010 AND AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION
TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR LOT WIDTH AND AREA AND
TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF
UTILITIES (417 -419 LINCOLN AVENUE)
WHEREAS, Robert Buckles and Arlyne Buckles, Subdivider
and Owner herein, have presented to the Council for approval a
Parcel Map for division of property located at 417 -419 Lincoln
Avenue, and known as Parcel Map No. 5010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5010, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, but only after
parking spaces for two cars on each lot have been shown on said
Map, all based upon the findings and subject to the conditions
set forth in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1697,
passed on February 11, 1987; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following exceptions to
Sections 11- 138(a) and 11- 138(b) of the City of Alameda Zoning
Ordinance are hereby approved:
(1) Creation of a lot 34.90 feet wide and a lot 34.51
feet wide.
(2) Creation of two lots with areas of 2,769 square
feet and 2,738.7 square feet;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an exception to Section
11- 3118.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance for undergrounding
utilities is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the deposit of $1,000
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the public
improvement requirements of this subdivision is sufficient in
amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5010 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th day of March, 1987
by the following vote to wit:
