CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.11187
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 5106 AND AUTHORIZING
EXCEPTION TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE FOR
UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES (2161-2163 CENTRAL
AVENUE)
WHEREAS, John Barni, Jr., Subdivider for Jerry
Schwabenland, Owner, has presented to the Council for approval a
Parcel Map for subdivision of property located at 2161-2163
Central Avenue, and known as Parcel Map No. 5106.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5106, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the condition set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1729, passed on April 13,
1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an exception to Section
L 11-3118.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance for undergrounding
-
utilities is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
- Parcel Map No. 5106 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not
violate regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of May, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
