APPOINTING WILLIAM M. McCALL, SR. A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, WILLIAM M.
McCALL, SR. is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
:,Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for the term
ommencing July 1, 1987 and expiring on June 30, 1991, and to
until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of July, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
