Resolution 11368CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11368 APPOINTING THE PERSONS NOMINATED AS TRUSTEES OF BAY FARM ISLAND RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105 WHEREAS, pursuant to law the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Bay Farm Island Reclamation District No. 2105, at least seven (7) days prior to the final date for receiving petitions, duly published notice that nominating petitions for the office of Trustee would be received not later than 5:00 p.m. on September 10, 1987. WHEREAS, only three (3) petitions for office of Trustee were filed by said time and date; and WHEREAS, the number of Trustees to be elected at said election is three (3) and the number of nominees does not exceed the number of Trustees to be elected; and WHEREAS, no petition requesting that the election be held was presented to the Board of Trustees of said District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda, as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 50740 of the Water Code of the State of California, an election shall not be held in Bay Farm Island Reclamation District No 2150 for the purpose of electing Trustees of said District. Section 2. Pursuant to Section 50741 of the Water Code, :1;the persons duly nominated for the positions of Trustees, RAYMOND KRANELLY, C. PHILLIP NUTZMAN and M. KENT HOCKABOUT, are hereby mi appointed to the office of Trustees of Bay Farm Island :‹Reclamation District No. 2105 for terms of four (4) years ; commencing November 3, 1987. * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of December, 1987, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5.
