APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 5322 FOR DIVISION OF
PROPERTY IN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE AND PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF
WHEREAS, Alameda Real Estate Investments, a California
limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval
Parcel Map No. 5322 which consists of three parcels within
Alameda Marina Village, being a division of Lot 2, Parcel Map No.
5157 recorded in Parcel Map Book 172, at pages 17 -19, Alameda
County Records, Alameda, California; and
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1984, the City Council certified
that the final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) had been
completed in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) and state guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby certifies that it has
reviewed and considered the information contained in the EIR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 5322, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1810 passed on January 11,
1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
x11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5322 is consistent with the City's General Plan.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of February, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
