REAPPOINTING PAUL BERGER AS A MEMBER OF
THE SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and Section 2 -353 of the Alameda Municipal Code,
and upon nomination of the Mayor, PAUL BERGER is hereby
reappointed to the office of member of the Social Service Human
Relations Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on
July 1, 1988 and expiring on June 30, 1992 and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of July, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
