Resolution 11530CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 1 530 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA FOR MINOR HOME REPAIR SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988 -1989 WHEREAS, the City . is a participant; in the Community Deveopment Block Grant Program (CDBG) authorized under the Housing and Corfam my Development Act of 197=1, as amended; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the pr ©vision of Minor Home Repair Services is an eligible use of funds unaer Section 570,202 of the CDBG regulations; and WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has programmed $35,000 in CDBG funds for the provision of Minor Home Repair Services; and WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has an Service and has proposed to provide tciis service for the Alameda; Minor Home Repair of NOW, T iEREI?ORE', I3E IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Interim City Manager be and hereby i authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an agreement with the County of Alameda for provision of Minor Home Repair Services for Fiscal Year 1988 -89. ** g;:., * , I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of August, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5 NOES: None ABSENT: None IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said City this 3rd day of August, 1988.
