CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11718
APPOINTING ANTHONY P. SHOMON AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ANTHONY P.
SHOMON is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term
of Robert C. Bitten expiring on June 30, 1989, and to serve a
four year term commencing July 1, 1989, and expiring June 30,
1993 or until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of May, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas,
Withrow and President Corica 5.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
