A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
CITY OF ALAMEDA
Marina Village Assessment District 89 -1
RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Alameda (the "City "),
County of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, on September 6, 1989 this Council adopted Resolution No. 11822, A
Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to said
proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly given and all written protests and
other written communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring
to be heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That protests against said acquisitions and improvements, and /or matters
related thereto, were not signed and duly filed by the owners of a majority or more of the
area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the
assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and
improvements.
2. That said protests, and each of them, are overruled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 7th of November, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmernbers Arnerich, Camicia, Thonmas r Trli`.thxow
and President Corica 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
