REAPPOINTING ANTHONY P. SHOMON AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ANTHONY P. SHOMON is
hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities
Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing July 1, 1993,
and expiring on June 30, 1997, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th
day of June , 1993, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Appzzzato, Ainerich, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
