REAPPOINTING ARCHIE WATERBURY AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ARCHIE WATERBURY is
hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Library Board of
the City of Alameda for the term commencing July 1, 1995 and
expiring on June 30, 1999, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of
June , 1995, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers DeWitt, Lucas, Mannix and
President Appezzato - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Arnerich. - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
