Resolution 13013CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 13013 REQUESTING THE ALAMEDA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO PERMIT THE COUNTY CLERK/REGISTRAR OF VOTERS TO RENDER SPECIFIED SERVICES TO THE CITY RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF THE CONSOLIDAi'ED GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1998 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 10002 of the California Elections Code, said Council hereby requests the Alameda County Board of Supervisors to permit the County Clerk to render specified services to the City relating to the conduct of the Consolidated General Municipal Election November 3, 1998. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that specified services include pre- election, election it day, post - election and data processing services, Registrar stock supplies and vendor services and supplies, all as set out in that certain document entitled "Election Services and Supplies - Registrar /City Clerk" and agreed upon by the Alameda County Registrar of Voters and the City Clerk of the City of Alameda. * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of July , 1998, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr, Lucas and President Appezzato - 5.
