REAPPOINTING J.C. SHIRRIEL AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY RECREATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2 -7.1 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, J.C. SHIRRIEL is hereby
reappointed to the office of member of the Recreation Commission of
the City of Alameda for the term commencing October 1, 1999 and
expiring on September 30, 2003, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 5th day of October , 1999, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
