APPOINTING ERIC B. SCHATMEIER AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION'
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ERIC B.
SCHATMEI I-',R is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of
the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 2002 and expiring on June 30, 2006 and to
_serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
dopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 2nd
ay of July, 2002, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, and
Mayor Appezzato - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: Councilmember Kerr - 1.
