APPOINTING FRANKLIN T. RASH AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY HOUSING COMMISSION
(TENANT SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Subsection 2 -12.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, FRANKLIN
T. RASH is hereby appointed to the office of Tenant Seat member of the Housing Commission of
the City of Alameda for the term commencing on November 3, 2004, and expiring on June 30,
2006, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council on the 3rd day of November, 2004, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese
and Mayor Johnson — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
