APPOINTING KAREN LEE SCHUTZ AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PUBLIC ART ADVISORY, COMIVllTTEE
BE IT: RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section
30 -65.7 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 13573, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, KAREN LEE SCHUTZ` is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Art
Advisory Committee of the City of Alameda for the,term commencing' November 4, 2003 and
expiring pursuant to staggered term requirements of the Alameda Municipal Code and to serve until
her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 4'h
day of November, 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, and Mayor Johnson - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Matarrese -1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
