APPOINTING MARILYN EZZY ASHCRAFT AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
(COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 2-
14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No. 12149, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
MARILYN EZZY ASHCRAFT is hereby appointed to the office of Community -At -Large Member
of the Economic Development Commission of the City of Alameda, commencing September 6,
2005 and expiring on August 31, 2009 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of September, 2005, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Matarrese and Mayor Johnson
