Re Objections and Protests
As to Boundaries of Districts and the Grades
KERR-CAE, the City Council of the City of Alameda, on the 19th day of
Nebruary, 1929, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 90, N.3., for the
imprevoment of Buena. Vista Avenue in said cityi pursuant to the provisions
of
ti n "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925", reference being hereby
made to said Resolution of Intsntioa for a description of the work and
improvement to be done and the boundaries of the district to be assessed
therefor,
• AND wimmRmAs; the day and hour set for hearing, all objection s. or
protesta, es provided in Section 0 of said act, having arrived, and it
hoving become evident upon said hearing that the owners of more than one-
half of the aresLof the property included within the entire asseasment
district, as propooed, had not in writing made objections or protests to
the doing of the proposed work as an entirety, and to the ordering of the
same, whereupon the council by reSolution did so find,
AND 'WHEREAS, the council did thereupon proceed with the hearing of
objections to the extent of the district proposed to be aasessed, after which
the council next proceeded with the hearing of objections to the grades to
which the improvement is proposed to be constructed, and having duly and
regularly considered the matter so to the extent of the assessment district
end the grades, and all other matters and things in connection therewith, now
therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED OETERYI03D AND DECLARED, by the City Council of the Oity of
Alameda, and said council hereby finds es follows:
lot. That no changes should be made in the boundaries of the district
proposed to be assessed, wherefore the boundaries of acid assessment district
are hereby fixed and established as those boundaries which tare net forth in
said Resolutihn of Intention,. and said boundaries shall prevail for all the
purposes of this rroceeding, and until any bond to be leaned for the expenses
of the things to be done thereunder shell have been fully paid and discharged;
2nd. That no changes or modifications should be made as to the grades,
wherefore the grades as finally determined are hereby fixed and established as
those grades which are set forth in the plans and apecifieationa, and referred
to in said Resolution of Intention, and said grades shall be the grades for all
the purposes of this proceeding and the improvement to be done there under
