APPOINTING JOHN F. HANSON, JR. TEMPORARY PART-TIME
CITY ATTORNEY, AND FIXING SALARY OF SAID POSITION.
BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that JON F. HANSON,
JR. be, and he is hereby appointed to the office of Temporary Part-Time City Attorney
of the City of Alameda.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary of the office and nositlon of
Temporary Part-Time City Attorney of the City. of Alameda be, and it is hereby fixed
et the sum of $855.00 per month.
RESOLVED. FURTHER, that the provisions of thls resolution shall super-
sede those portions of Resolution. No. 5i34 and of any other resolution in conflict
herewith, and all such conflicting proglaions are,to the extant of such conflict
only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that this resolution shall be in full force and
effect on December 20, 1955.
