AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ALTON S. LEE,
ARCHITECT, FOR A.RCHITECTURAL S:ERVICES TO RE 'PERFORMED
ig CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED NEW PARK AND PLAYGROUND
AT SITE OF ATLANTIC TRAILER COURT.
IgliEREAS, the City intends to conotruct a new park and playground. at the
site of the Atlantic Trailer Court in the City br Alameda; and.
WHEREAS, such work requires special services or a professional and. tech-
nical nature, and special technical skill, and Alton S, Lee, architect, is willing
to perform sucn services;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ng.: THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. that
the Torm of agreerEnIt to be entered into by and between said Alton S. Lee, architect,
and the City of klameda, submitted to this Council and filed. with the City. Clerk of
the City of Alameda this day, and the terms, agreements and. provisions thereof be,
and. the same are hereby, approved.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby author-
ized anb. directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City
of Alameda, an agreement substantially in the form and containing the covenants,
agreemants an1 . provibions set forth in the aforesaid form of agreembnt.
