ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMEN'T FROM GEORGE T. HANSEN AND
ELAINE B. HANSEN', HIS WIFE, IN CERTAIN EEAL PROPERT1,
FOR STORM SEWER, AND '0011I 15 TO THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, a certain 111 dated the 29th day of March, 1956, made by
and between George T. Hansen and Elaine B. Hansen, his wife, as grantors, and City
of Alameda, a municipal corporation, a ran , was, on or about said date, ex-
ecuted and delivered by said 11. to the City of 1517 and
WHEREAS, 5 y said indenture, said grantors therein named granted to the
Clty of 'r'15 a permanent easement and right of may to, at any ttme, or from tithe
to time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an underground
storm sewer in, through, under and along those nertain pieces or strips of land
situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more
particularly' described in said indenture; and.
WHEREAS, the City of Aaameda did, on the 17th day. of April, 1956, accept
said conveyanoe and acquired possession of the said easement in the said real.
property;
NOR THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted. on behalf of the
City. of Alatheda, and said City Oouncil, acting for and in. behalf of said City,
hereby. consents to the mcordatton of said indenture and orders thAth resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by- Section 27281 of 'ithe Government Code of the
State of California,
