RESOLVED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CI1T OF ALAMED that the Specificationu
anTI Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda kerosene for the fiscal year
ending June 50, 1957, No. XS 5-56-17, filed. in the office of the City Clerk on
May 22, 1956, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVE:2g FURTHER, that the Cauncil of the City of Alsouda will receive
sealed bids up 1 the hour of 8:05 o'clock PE MA on Wednesday, june 6, 1956, for
the furnishing to the City of said kerosene for thb fiscal year ending June 30,
1O57, in accordance with said Spbcifications and Drovisionh. Bids must be pre-
denten to the City Clerky in the City Hull, Allmueda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked. on. the outside, "Proposal.. for Kerosene for the Fiscal
Year Ending June 30, 19552", or similur designation.
Contract, if awardud, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said. City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserve/ . to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directe1 . to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this
ressittion and of said Specifibations and Provisions.

duly and. reghlearly introduced. and adopted. by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regulbx meeting assembled on the 22nd day of May, 1956, by the
