the City. of Alameda enter intc a contract with the Alameda. Chamber df Commerce for
the carrying on by said Chamber of Commerce of all necesaary publicity aro . advertis-
ing on bah of the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1957.
RESOLVED, FURTH:FT, that 8. form of contract to be entered into by and bet-
ween the Alameda Chamber of Commerce and the Citycnf Alamedp, submitted. to the
Council and filed. with the City- Clerk of the City of Alambda on july 31, 1956, and
the terms, agreements and provisions thereof be, and the same are hereby approved.
RESOLVER, FURTHER, that the Mayor of the City of Alambda is hereby author-
ITed and directed to expcute, and the City Clerk to attmst, on behalf of the City
of Alameda, a contrast vubmtantially in thh form and containing the covenants,
agreements and. prpvisions set forth in the aforesaid form of critract.
REE0tVED, FURTHER, gobt pursuant to Ordinance No. 641 New Series, as
smended by Ordinance No. 962 New Series, the sum of $15,000.00 be, and is hereby
appropriated out of the General and of the City to be ubed for publicity or adver-
tising for said City for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1957, in. the manner and
for the purposes provided in said Ordinance No. CH1 New Series, as amended.
